Considering talking therapy?

Ella is a psychotherapist in Bristol

Whatever you are facing, therapy offers an opportunity to talk in confidence and explore past and present experiences to help you understand yourself more fully.

About me

As a BPC registered psychotherapist I work alongside my clients to help them explore, overcome or better cope with what’s troubling them. I am experienced in working with issues such as low mood, anxiety, depression, loss, loneliness, trauma and relational difficulties. I also work with people who feel curious to know more about who they are or want to reassess where they are in life. I offer a space to think about things together, to help you find your own way forward. I believe everyone should have access to talking therapy and offer some low-fee sessions.

About psychodynamic work

Psychotherapy encourages a reflective dialogue through a supportive relationship. Providing a confidential setting to talk, the aim is to help you communicate more openly, to start to know your feelings and motivations and move forward with greater confidence. Importance is placed on early experiences and relationships and how they might impact us as adults both consciously and unconsciously.

Sessions are held at the same time each week, in person at my private practice in central Bristol and last for 50 minutes.
